B2B steel distribution · Meta Ads · Demand generation · Industrial operations · Tunisia

PMJ used a compact Meta Ads program to create measurable B2B demand, then connected that demand to the work behind the sale.

PMJ sells galvanized steel products and shutter-door systems in Tunisia. This is a B2B market where deals are not completed because someone liked a post between lunch and another meeting. Buyers need product information, availability, quantities, pricing and a direct route to the business before a commercial discussion can move forward.

The problem

PMJ needed digital demand without treating a long B2B sale like an impulse purchase.

We built PMJ's website and social presence, ran Meta campaigns that generated measurable conversations, and converted its costing, production, order and quotation logic into six focused tools adapted to Tunisia.

The growth layer

Demand generation was part of the transformation, not a separate decorative campaign.

PMJ did not begin with a mature digital acquisition system. The work included establishing a clearer online presence, developing the company's social-media activity and using Meta Ads to reach potential customers in Tunisia. The website created a credible digital front door, while advertising created measurable awareness, product traffic and direct commercial conversations.

  • 342,219 recorded impressions
  • 109 conversations at $0.93 each
  • 6 purpose-built internal tools

What we built

A system designed around the signal that matters.

We built PMJ's website and social presence, ran Meta campaigns that generated measurable conversations, and converted its costing, production, order and quotation logic into six focused tools adapted to Tunisia.

01

Raw-material cost calculator

The calculator converts supplier price per kilogram and material thickness into weight and cost per metre for Lame W, Lame 13 and glissière profiles.

  • Converts supplier price per kg and thickness
  • Outputs HT and TTC values in TND
  • Compares standard product lengths
02

Galvanized-coil production planner

The planner uses coil weight, width and thickness to estimate usable length and evaluate combinations of 4.4 m, 5 m and 6 m products.

  • Makes coil yield visible before production
  • Compares cutting combinations
  • Exposes remaining material
03

Customer order manager

The order tool captures customer details, product type, dimensions, quantities, TTC price, requested delivery time and signature.

  • Creates a consistent commercial record
  • Handles standard and special dimensions
  • Produces a printable production handoff

04

Shutter-door weight calculator

The calculator determines the number of slats and total door weight from product type, thickness, width, height and flasque configuration.

  • Standardises technical weight calculations
  • Uses product and dimensional inputs
  • Supports quotation and preparation
05

Component-based quotation calculator

The quotation tool builds shutter-door cost from guides, slats, joints, coils, springs, motors, tubes, controls, painting and installation.

  • Connects price to component logic
  • Includes client and matricule fiscal data
  • Produces a printable quotation

06

Cheque printing

The cheque tool prepares printable cheques and converts amounts into French words.

  • Prepares consistent cheque layouts
  • Converts amounts into French words
  • Exports a cheque register

The Tunisia-specific challenge

Generic software did not understand the actual unit of work.

PMJ did not need abstract digital transformation. It needed tools that understood galvanized-coil dimensions, Tunisian currency precision, tax treatment, client identifiers, French commercial documents and the product lengths used by the production team. If those inputs are wrong, the software produces the wrong operational answer.

  • Three decimal places for galvanized coil dimensions
  • Tunisian dinars, not euros or dollars
  • Client matricules fiscaux
  • French commercial documents
  • Product lengths from the production team

The acquisition layer

Before improving the work behind the sale, PMJ needed a reliable way to create demand.

PMJ operates in a B2B steel market where buyers need product details, availability, quantities and pricing before making a decision. A social-media impression could introduce the business, but PMJ also needed a credible digital destination and a direct route from product interest to a commercial conversation.

OJC Labs first strengthened PMJ's online foundation through its website and structured social presence. This gave prospective buyers somewhere to understand the company and its products before contacting the team. It is the same principle behind our web and CMS systems: traffic becomes more useful when it arrives somewhere designed to support the buying journey.

Meta Ads and demand generation

A compact campaign structure turned attention into measurable commercial signals.

OJC Labs used Meta Ads across three practical stages:

  1. Step 01

    Build awareness

Introduce PMJ and its steel products to relevant audiences in the Tunisian market.

  2. Step 02

    Generate product interest

Bring potential buyers closer to PMJ's products, specifications and digital presence.

  3. Step 03

    Open direct conversations

Give interested prospects a direct way to ask about pricing, dimensions, quantities and availability.

The campaigns were designed as a focused acquisition layer, not as a permanent advertising dependency. Each objective had a specific role, and message conversations were treated as a stronger commercial signal than passive engagement.

This approach reflects how OJC Labs builds Ads and Tracking systems: connect campaign delivery to meaningful actions instead of presenting reach, likes and impressions as revenue.

Campaign evidence

The reporting shows reach, traffic and conversations without pretending every click became a sale.

The numbers above are platform-attributed results, not CRM opportunities, invoices or closed-revenue data. This case study does not claim that every conversation became a customer.

That distinction matters. Platform attribution can show which campaigns influenced an action, but proving revenue requires consistent tracking between advertising, website activity, CRM records and the final commercial outcome. Read Why Your Conversion Tracking Is Broken for a deeper explanation of where attribution gaps usually appear.

From acquisition to follow-up

Demand generation works better when the next action is designed too.

The PMJ campaign created a measurable route into the business. The operational tools then supported the calculations, quotations, customer requirements and production decisions that happen after an enquiry.

For businesses that need inbound enquiries to trigger confirmations, qualification, follow-up sequences or internal notifications, OJC Labs also builds Email and CRM systems. These systems can connect website forms and campaign leads to automated emails without leaving follow-up dependent on one employee remembering to send the next message.

For a practical explanation of how those connected workflows operate, read What Is an AI Automation System for Businesses?.

Closing

The real transformation happened on both sides of the customer conversation.

Externally, PMJ gained a stronger digital presence and measurable customer acquisition through social media and Meta Ads. Internally, it gained a practical operating layer between supplier data, production calculations, customer requirements and cheque preparation.
