Can I commission a Lab experiment?

Yes, when the request contains one defined technical uncertainty that can be tested through a controlled paid sprint. OJC Labs will first determine whether the question genuinely requires experimentation or should move directly into implementation.

What happens when a Lab experiment graduates?

A graduated experiment becomes implementation evidence. OJC Labs can then define the production architecture, integrations, controls, monitoring and rollout required to adapt the result to a client operation.

What if the experiment fails?

A failed hypothesis is still a useful result when the test identifies the constraint before the company funds a larger system. The Lab documents what failed, why it failed and whether another direction is credible.
